Charles Johnson is the founder and president at BidLock with over 30 years of experience in global procurement, public & private contract negotiations, supplier diversity and business development. He designed BidLock to be a full-service procurement platform to support all small -to-midsized businesses (SMBs), particularly small-disadvantaged businesses, have access to tools that will help them save money while growing their customer-base. Before committing to serve full-time at BidLock, Charles held progressive leadership positions at Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Charles is noted for co-inventing the "Labor resource testing system and method", patent #8517742. Charles has focused much of his career coaching, promoting and developing solutions for small disadvantaged businesses. In additions to advocating for SMBs, Charles supports not-for-profits addressing issues on child protection, poverty, and economic development for impoverished communities.
